The following is a breakdown on how to block you dates on the Arbiter Sports calendar.  It is imperative that you block the dates as soon as you know you are not available.  This helps out the assigning secretary when the assigning is done.  If you fail to block a date and then fail to accept the game given, you may be assessed a $10.00 administrative fee, per our chapter by-laws.  If you should have any questions on the process please let me know.

Log in:
1.  Log into arbiter account
2.  Click on Blocks

Part day block (Single Day):
1.  Select Block Part day (on left side under Action)
2.  Enter time range (remember the last time you enter is the time you can leave)

Part day block (Multiple days):
1. Select Block Part day (on left side under Action)
2.  Enter time range (remember the last time you enter is the time you can leave)
3.  Enter date range and select days that apply

Once this is done the day/days should turn orange

All Day Block:
1.  Select Block All Day (on left side under Action)
2.  Click on day you wish to block in the calendar located on the bottom.

Once this is done the day will be red.

Clearing blocks:
1.  Select Clear Blocks
2.  Click on day you wish to block in the calendar located on the bottom.

Once this is done the day will be cleared.
